The 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Minda Finance Limited was held on 30 September 2020 at 12:00 Noon through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
It is informed that all the 6 (six) resolution(s) placed before the shareholders have been passed with requisite majority.
We are pleased to enclose herewith the following: -
1) The resolution-wise voting results (Voting at AGM/Voting through remote e-voting) of all the resolutions passed by the shareholders of the company.
