The Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved the appointment of Mrs. Amita Karia Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of 5 consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30 which is approved and recommended by the Audit Committee subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
