Gandhar Oil Refinery (India): Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board Of Directors declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.75 per equity share of the Company (i.e. 37.5% of the FV of Rs.2/- each of equity share) for Financial year 2025-26. Further record date is January 30 2026 for determining the entitlement of members to an interim dividend for F.Y. 2025-26
