1. Accepted resignation of Mr. Rajendra D. Shah Managing Director (DIN: 00005013) (Promoter - Executive Director) of the company w.e.f. 03.05.19
2. Appointed Mr. Pankaj D. Shah (DIN: 00005023) as additional director (being part of Promoter/Promoter group) w.e.f. 03.05.19.
3. Further Mr. Pankaj D. Shah (DIN: 00005023) appointed as Managing Director (being part of Promoter/Promoter group) for term of 5 years w.e.f. 03.05.19 subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company.
The said meeting of the Board commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 2.40 p.m.
