Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and based on the intimation received from M/s. C B Management Services (P) Ltd. Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company on 28th February 2023 we would like to inform that the Company has received intimation from shareholders regarding loss of share certificates with a request for issue of duplicate share certificates details of which are attached.
