We hereby inform you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. 5th February 2026 the Board has inter-alia approved the following:I. Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the company for the 3rd quarter and 9 months ended on 31st December 2025 in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.II. Second Interim Dividend of Rs.2 (20%) per equity share of the face value of Rs.10/- each to the shareholders of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. The record date for the purpose of 2nd interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 is Thursday 12th February 2026.
