This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 8 2023 (Monday) inter-alia has considered and approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015(LODR) we are enclosing herewith the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Auditors Report of an unmodified opinion for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of LODR and the same will also be available on the Companys official website at - www.allsectech.com We are also submitting herewith the declaration under Regulation 33(3)(d) of LODR from the Chief Financial Officer of the Company on the unmodified opinion of the Auditors.The Board Meeting commenced at 4:00 PM and concluded at 8:10 PM.
