PTC India: Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI LODR

The Board in its meeting held on 14th February 2026 has approved the change in designation of Dr. Manoj Kumar Jhawar (DIN-07306454)from "Chairman & Managing Director" to Managing Director resulting in relinquishment of his post as Chairman w.e.f. such date as may be decided by the Board and his office shall be liable to retire by rotation.
