Rajesh B Mangla & Associates Chartered Accounts (FRN: 011944N) for the first term of five consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the ensuing 32nd Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company. Further the appointment of M/s Arora & Bansal statutory auditor of the company is not being considered at this meeting. .All other agenda items for the meeting shall remain unchanged
