Usha Martin: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 - Revision In Ecovadis Sustainability Rating

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and in continuation of the disclosure made by the Company on 14th October 2025 we hereby inform that upon the Companys request for re-evaluation EcoVadis has revised the Companys (Ranchi Site) sustainability score from 63 to 67 (on a scale of 100).The Company continues to retain the "Bronze Medal" recognition awarded by EcoVadis reflecting sustained performance across environmental social and governance (ESG) parameters.
