Automotive Axles: Closure of Trading Window

The Trading Window for Trading/dealing in the Shares of the Company will be closed from 1st April 2026 till the expiry of 48 Hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 for the Directors Designated Employees Key Managerial Personnel and other Connected persons as covered under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
