Gajanan Securities Services: Closure of Trading Window

Dear Sir/Madam We Would like to inform you that as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" as framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 the Trading window of the Company will be closed for Board Members and designated persons and thier immediate relatives with effect from 1st October 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (Standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 to the Stock Exchange.
