We wish to inform you that the 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) on Tuesday September 15 2026 at 01:00 p.m. (IST) in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 including rules made thereunder and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with the Circular No. 14/2020 dated April 8 2020 Circular No. 17/2020 dated April 13 2020 Circular No. 20/2020 dated May 5 2020 and latest one being Circular No. 03/2025 dated September 22 2025 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.In this regard we enclose herewith the Copies of the Notice of the 40th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 being dispatched to the Members of the Company whose email IDs are registered with the Company / Depositories;
