Sunrise Asian: Q3 results on Feb 12, 2016

Sunrise Asian Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider the following:

- To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Statements and results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 (Q3).

In the Context to the above, pursuant to the Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 10, 2015 to February 14, 2015 (both days inclusive).
