SPL Industries: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading it is hereby notified that the closure of Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the company for all the Promoter Promoter Group KMPs and Designated Persons/insiders and their immediate relatives shall commence from Wednesday 1st April 2026.Further the closure of Trading Window will continue upto 48 hours after the date of approval of the financial results for the period ended 31st March 2026 by the Board of Directors of the company.
