SEIL/Sec./SE/2025-26/74 dated February 5 2026 regarding notice of Board Meeting please note that the Board of Directors of Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (Company) at their meeting held today i.e. February 12 2026 have inter-alia considered and approved the following:a) Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 (Unaudited Financial Results). We further declare that the Limited Review Report is with unmodified opinion on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company.b) Notice of Postal Ballot for seeking approval of shareholders The details on Postal Ballot event along with the Notice shall be circulated to the stock exchanges in due course.
