1. Appoint Mr. Hashmat Aswani, Practicing Charter Accountant as an internal Auditor of the company for the financial year 2016-2017.
2. Resignation of Mr. Mahendra S Patel Independent Director of the Company.
3. Consider and approved the Boards Report for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016 and notice convening 23rd Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company.
4. Appointment of Mr. Nirav Soni, Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer of the Company for the forthcoming AGM.
