Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Office of the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Company Affairs has informed BSE that the Official Liquidator attached to the Honble High Court, Bombay has been appointed as Prov. Liquidator of M/s. Geodesic Ltd, vide order dated April 07, 2014 in is in Prov. Liqn. C.P. No. 471 of 2013 passed by the Honble High Court, Bombay.
