Subject to the approval of members and other concerned authority the Voluntary Winding up of the affairs of the Company under Section 59 and other applicable provisions of IBC 2016 read with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Voluntary Liquidation Process) Regulations 2017 made thereunder was considered and approved. Subject to the approval of members and other concerned authority Mr. Sunil Kumar Agrawal Insolvency Professional holding registration number IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00081/2017-2018/10222 be appointed as the Liquidator for the purpose of voluntary winding-up.
