In accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from the opening of business hours on Tuesday, 5th Day of February, 2019 till the end of business hours on Thursday, 14th Day of February, 2019.
