This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. February 04 2026 has considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended om December 31 2025 and also declared the 3rd (Second) Interim Dividend of Rs.1.90.00 /- per share (i.e. 19%) for the Financial year 2025-26.
