Approved appointment of M/s. Manoj Pandya and Associates Chartered Accountant (FRN: 127281W) as Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2026-27;2. Approved appointment of M/s. Mitesh Suvagiya & Co. Cost Accountant (FRN: 101470) as Cost Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2026-27.
