With further reference to our letter dated 27 January 2026 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday 05 February 2026 has inter alia considered and approved the unaudited (standalone and consolidated) financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
