Everest Industries: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change in Management

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with SEBI circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30 2026 we would like to inform the exchanges about the following changes in the Senior Management Personnel of the Company: a. Appointment of Mr. Subramaniam Venkatakrishnan as Vice President (Business Head - Boards & Panels) of the Company with effect from February 4 2026. The requisite details in terms of the Listing Regulations and aforesaid circular are attached in "Annexure A". b. Mr. Rahul Chopra Senior VP (BU Head - Boards & Panels) of the Company has moved into another role within the Company as "Senior VP - Head of Skill Development CSR and Public Advocacy" with effect from February 4 2026.
