In terms of the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and in compliance with the terms of Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors designated persons Immediate relatives of the Designated Persons and other officials covered under the code with effect from Thursday 01.07.2021 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2021.
Further the date of Board Meeting for declaration of financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2021 will be intimated in due course.
