Excel Crop Care: Compliances-Reg. 39 (3) - Details of Loss of Certificate / Duplicate Certificate

Pursuant to Regulation 39 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited has received request for issue of duplicate share certificate.

We will issue the duplicate Share Certificate only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the shareholder. We are enclosing the proof of date of receipt of information by the Company.
