This is in furtherance to our communication dated 07th January 2026 and 13th January 2026 wherein we had intimated about the Postal Ballot notice dated 07th January 2026 seeking approval of the shareholders by way of remote e-voting on the resolutions as set out in the said notice.We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the results of the Postal Ballot (including e-voting) have been declared today i.e. 13th February 2026.The details of the voting results as required under Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations are enclosed herewith in the prescribed format.Additionally a copy of the Scrutinizers Report is also enclosed for your records.
