Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform you that in terms of Companys code of conduct for Regulating Monitoring and reporting of Trading by Insiders the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for all insiders Designated person and their immediate relatives from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial results of the company for the Quarter ended March 31 2026.
