1. Policy on Preservation of Documents as per clause 9 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015.
2. Policy for Determination of materiality of any event / information as per clause 30(4)(ii) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2015.
