National Plywood Industries: Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI(LODR)

Please refer our letter wherein we had enclosed the Honble Supreme Courts order dated 20.01.2020 and NCLT Guwahati order dated 28.01.2020.

We are now enclosing the NCLT Guwahati order dated 27.02.2020 which is also self-explanatory clarifying that the final order of NCLT Guwahati dated 26.08.2019 was set aside by the Honble Apex Court vide its order dated 20.01.2020 and the CIRP proceedings was ceased .
