1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.
2. To consider and discussion on increase the Authorised Share Capital.
3. To consider and recommend on issue of Bonus Shares.
Further, the trading window shall be remaining closed from October 15, 2014 to October 30, 2014 for the above said purposes.
