Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e. Monday the 10th November 2025 at Chandigarh considered and approved the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon issued by Statutory Auditors of the Company.
