In continuation of our intimation dated January 14 2026 regarding the date of the Board Meeting inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of DCB Bank Limited (the Bank) for the quarter ended December 31 2025 we wish to inform you that the Bank will host an earnings call with analysts and investors on Friday January 23 2026 at 18:30 hours (IST) to discuss the Financial Results with the participants.
