This is in continuation to our letter dated February 4 2020 intimating about Book Closure date for AGM purpose. It may kindly be noted that due to some unavoidable circumstances the 4th AGM will now be scheduled to be held on April 3 2020 (instead of March 27 2020 as per earlier intimation) and hence the dates of Book Closure is being revised as under: -
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from March 27 2020 to April 3 2020 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on April 3 2020.
