DS Kulkarni Developers: Board recommends Dividend

DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Appointment of Mr. Nitin Deshpande as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

2. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- per equity share.
