Acknit Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend at Rs. 1.50 per share for the year 2013-14 which would be paid subject to the shareholder?s approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
