It is informed that pursuant to Regulation 9 (Clause 4 of Schedule B) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) will remain closed from 31st December 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2023.
