Pursuant to Regulation 33 and Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 has, inter alia considered and approved the removal of Mr. Mukund Bhardwaj from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Further, the Board of Directors in its Meeting has considered the circular passed by SEBI via its circular no CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 05th July, 2016 and has decided to consider the relaxation of one month in the timeline for submitting the financial results for the quarter ending September, 2017. So accordingly the Company would be availing the extension and the next Board Meeting for approval of Financials of quarter will be considered in the said Board Meeting.
