Modison Metals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 23, 2013, inter alia, to consider the following:
1. To consider and approve the audited statement of Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2013, and the Report of the Auditors and Directors thereon including Corporate Governance Report.
2. To declare dividend for the Financial Year 2012-13 subject to approval of the Members in ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. To approve the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
4. To fix date for the closure of Transfer Books.
