This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI(PIT)Regulations 2015 and companys code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and fair disclosure of UPSI the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from Wednesday April 01 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2026
