Cairn India: Q3 results on Feb 09, 2017

Cairn India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 09, 2017, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3).

In this regard an earnings conference call with analysts / investors is being scheduled on February 09, 2017, after the Board meeting.

Also, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading (?Code?) of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from January 27, 2017 to February 11, 2017 for the designated employees of the Company as defined in the Code.
