Maximus International: Appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 5th December 2025 approved the appointment of Ms. Sonali Panchal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 5th December 2025.
