The Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today i.e. on May 07, 2018 recommended a final dividend of Rs. 17.50 per share i.e. 175% for the financial year ended March 31, 2018 subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
