Responsive Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 05, 2014 to August 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 09, 2014.
The Board of Directors has fixed July 11, 2014 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of the shareholders to cast their vote electronically at the ensuing 32nd AGM by electronic means under the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under. The e-voting period begins on August 04, 2014 (10.00 a.m. IST) and ends on August 05, 2014 (6.00 p.m. IST). During this period, shareholders holding shares as on July 11, 2014 may cast their Vote electronically.
