GEI Industrial Systems Ltd has informed BSE that as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ('the Code') adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the aforesaid purposes with effect from November 08, 2015 for all the Promoters/Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company. The trading window shall so remain closed until 48 hours after the date of publication of the unaudited financial results.
