Sreechem Resins: Closure of Trading Window

Further in continuation with the intimation dated December 27 2025 with reference to the closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company we would like to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI(Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations 2015 and "Code of conduct for Internal Procedures and to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" as adopted by the Company the Closure in Trading Window shall continue till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Nine months ended December 31 2025.
