This is to inform that basis recommendations from Audit Committee the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously approved/adopted the Revised Code of Fair Disclosure Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Legitimate Purpose Policy (Code) in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 effective November 1 2021.
Copy of the revised code will accordingly be available under Corporate Governance Tab under Investor Section on website of the Company viz. https://www.zensar.com/about/investors/investors-relation.
