In furtherance of our Letter No. SEC-1/187(2)/2018/2645 dated February 27, 2018, it is informed that the audit of Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2017 is yet to be completed; therefore, the Board of Directors of REC will not consider the proposal for approval of Audited Financial Results for the half year ended September 30, 2017 in its Meeting scheduled to be held on March 6, 2018.
