Pursuant to the Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today i.e. 14th August 2026 have approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors thereon. A Copy of Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated)) along with Limited Review Report thereon are enclosed herewith.
