In continuation to our earlier letter of even number dated 21.01.2020 and 29.01.2020 and in compliance to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 it is to inform that the Board of Directors in its meeting scheduled to be held on Friday 7th February 2020 inter-alia will consider the proposal to raise debt of Rs. 1 000 crore.
